Shipping Policy

At ACS TRADEWAY IMPORT EXPORT LLC, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. All orders are fulfilled from our distribution centers located in the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PT), or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Freight / Oversized Items: 5–14 business days, delivered curbside by appointment

We partner with trusted national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The available shipping options and exact rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight items. Certain products may be subject to regional shipping restrictions, which will be indicated on the product page.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos (if applicable), and our team will promptly assist you with a replacement or claim.
