HoneyBadger MGN12H Stainless Steel 440c Linear Rails
Built for precision and durability, the HoneyBadger MGN12H linear rail uses 440C hardened stainless steel with thicker 6.5 mm guides and a medium-high custom preload for tighter motion and rigidity. Rails are pre-lubed with EP2 and include a grease port—no solvent soak required. Just top off with EP2 after break-in and you’re ready to print.
New in Gen 3: Class H quality control for more consistent out-of-box performance, plus a two-stage wash before assembly and improved guide-wiper alignment.

- Rails are pre lubed with EP2, once broken in our rails will work smooth and tight. there's no need to soak them in IPA or degreaser just top off the EP2 grease via the grease port and your are good to go!

Notes:
Class H QC requirements:
- straightness tolerance of the guide rail is within 0.01mm per meter, and the symmetry of the R groove on both sides of the guide rail and the slider is within 0.002mm.
- The height (H) of the final assembly is less than 0.02mm.
- The total length of the guide rail and the end distance at both ends are within +/- 0.15mm. EDM precision cut
- The change in parallelism of the finished rail is less than 0.016mm per meter
